360 Restaurant brings you a kaleidoscope of flavours from all corners of the world. Suited to those with eclectic palates, a medley of international tapas and creative dishes will impress the most well-travelled bunch. Where else can you order mouthwatering Mexican Tuna Ceviche, or miniature New York style burgers - complete with mini steins of lager - or a taste of the orient with the Blackened Miso Cod?
The restaurant’s concept, conveyed throughout the restaurant with its central oval shaped bar and oval seating areas, revolves around the circle as a universal symbol of earth, wholeness and unity - a concept also evident in its food. And while the tastes and flavours at 360 Restaurant are far reaching, the establishment works closely with the community, sourcing local produce to bring these dishes to a table near you.
With 26 years of experience and specializing in new restaurant openings, you are in good hands with Chef Akshay Sabharwal. He’s honed his skills at Hilton Casinos, Emirates, elegant boutique hotels and F1-Silverstone, which is clear from his creative and versatile menu.
